Yes, we only work with the real JWK (Dongguan Jingweike). These switches were directly sourced from their factory.
Recently, there was an issue where a fake supplier (called "Shenzhen Jingweike") was misrepresenting themselves as the real JWK (called "Dongguan Jingweike"). The real JWK quickly shut them down; however, this whole situation left some doubt regarding authenticity of the switches that are on the market.
These switches are from the latest round of switches that JWK released, which include their JWICK (official English name of JWK) logo present on the top housing. This was done to remove any doubt of authenticity.

Yes, we highly recommend lubing these switches to remove their stock scratchiness. We found using Tribosys 3203, or a lube of similar viscosity, to provide the best feel and sound.
