Free Domestic U.S. Shipping for Orders $69 And Above

Free Shipping will be automatically available upon checkout if you live in the US, once the cart total is at least $69 (after discounts applied). Please ensure the Free Shipping option is selected to apply for free shipping. Free Shipping orders will be sent via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground, depending on package weight.

How long does shipping take?

We will ship your order out within 72 business hours. However, we will try our best to ship within 24 hours, but please note the possibility for any delays in this process. After your package has left our facility, transit times will vary depending on your location.

Estimated Transit Times:
USPS First Class: 2-5 Business Days
USPS Priority: 1-4 Business Days
UPS Ground: 1-6 Business Days
USPS First Class International: 7-21 Business Days, but USPS does not guarantee delivery dates. Please contact us if there are any questions regarding your shipment.

Please note that due to COVID-19, all USPS shipments have experienced an increase in delays and issues. International shipments are especially prone to more severe delays (up to multiple months in some cases). Order at your own risk!

International Shipments

All international customers must be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country. Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. For any reasons that the package incurred any additional shipping costs, such as rejected by customs, wrong address delivery, or returned back to the sender, the additional cost is subject to deduction from the original payment. Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any stolen, lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Instead, we allow customers to protect their packages by purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout. Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with Route’s policies here.

Please note that USPS International requires a recipient’s phone number to be provided. If you place an international order without filling in the phone number field, we will contact you via email for this information before shipping out your order.

My order says Shipped but the tracking info shows it hasn't been received by USPS yet. Why?

This indicates that your package has been completely fulfilled and is either awaiting pickup by USPS or is already with USPS but has not been scanned yet. Note that USPS collects packages locally throughout the day, and then actually begins to send them out at night.

If you’re seeing this tracking status for a longer than expected time, it’s likely USPS (or respective shipper) is in possession of your package but has not scanned your package yet for some reason. Due to this, the package may be in transit without the tracking status displaying accurately. If you have any concerns, please let us know at support@thockpop.com

Stolen, Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

Stolen, lost, damaged, or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of thockpop. We try our best to give customers the best shopping experience we can deliver, but once a package leaves our facility there’s not much we can do regarding any delays or issues that may arise. We highly recommend purchasing Route shipping insurance for all orders. This is usually enabled by default at the checkout page.

If you purchased Route insurance with your order, you should have received an email containing your Route claim number. Please contact Route for further action. Any such issues must be resolved by the customer with the appropriate shipping carrier. The customer is responsible for familiarizing themselves with Route’s Package Protection Policies.
